Once you have submitted all the ticket details and marked out the location on the map, you will be able to click the Submit button at the bottom of the Dig Site Location screen to submit the ticket:
You may be prompted to complete a reCAPTCHA challenge to verify you’re “Not a robot” – click here if you need assistance with this.
The next page is a Summary of the processed ticket:
This displays:
- The BYDP Ticket Number
- The ticket details
- The contacted facility owners and status.
There are also options under Actions to allow you to:
Continue your Project by clicking "Continue Ticket", or Copy the ticket by clicking "Copy". You can download the confirmation page if you like, or re-send it to your personal email to receive another copy.
Clicking New Ticket will immediately take you begin a new request.
To exit the Summary page, click the X button at the top right of the screen:
Once the ticket is processed, a confirmation email will also be sent to you, containing a copy of your ticket receipt:
Once a ticket for a locate request has successfully processed through the system, the identified utilities on the ticket are notified. Utilities are then required to respond to you with information about the underground facilities they own and operate.
